COVID-19 Safety
The safety of our community is a top priority.
We take strong measures to prevent and reduce the risk of exposure while working, in accordance with guidelines recommended by OSHA and the CDC. Prior to booking, clients may be asked to complete a brief health questionnaire and confirm good health at least 24 hours before each appointment.
On-site safety practices may include wearing face coverings upon request, frequent hand washing, maintaining reasonable physical distance when possible, and using disinfectant supplies and alcohol-based hand gel. Depending on the job and environment, we may also wear gloves, work solo, or complete services virtually when appropriate.
Payments
Payment is due in full prior to the start of work.
We accept ACH bank transfers, Venmo, PayPal, cash, and credit cards. All sessions require full payment or an agreed-upon minimum deposit before services are rendered.
Confidentiality
Your information and property are treated as confidential at all times.
All client meetings and sessions are private. We do not disclose personal or confidential information except where required by law.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that emergencies and schedule changes happen and aim to be flexible whenever possible.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booking or package.
A one-time courtesy forgiveness may be considered at our sole discretion.
If a session was prepaid, clients may choose to:

Reschedule with an additional payment of the 50% fee at the time of rebooking, or

Receive a refund of 50% of the original payment (if the session was not already paid in full)
If the session was not prepaid, the cancellation fee will be billed and must be paid promptly to remain in good standing.
